Refund & Return Policy

At Zee Store, owned and operated by NISA INDUSTRY LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers across the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact our support team at nisaindustryllc@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5-10 business days.

5. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
